Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and Amex. Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New York (8.625%) . All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
Shipping: We ship via UPS Ground and USPS. Multiple ordered items may ship in separate packages.
Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping outside the continental U.S. will require additional Shipping charges. These fees will cover any taxes or duties so that you will not be responsible for any additional fees once your package arrives to your door. We will have to contact you and let you know what those additional charges will be.
Defective Merchandise: Satisfaction is extremely important to Stor IN Style. The items you'll receive are of the highest quality products, in excellent condition. We100% guarantee all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Return & Exchange Policy: We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary.
Unopened Exchanges: No fees will be charged but the cost of shipping will apply. All items returned to us new, and in their original, undamaged packaging may be exchanged, free of charge, for another item. Only the first exchange is free. Customer pays for shipping back to Stor IN Style, and we will ship the exchanged item back to you but shipping fees apply. If you return an item that has been used, and/or damaged in any way, Stor IN Style reserves the right to allow an exchange, or to refuse an exchange of the item (see Policies & Rules, below).
Refunds: You should expect to receive any refund made pursuant to a return or exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases, your refund will be received more quickly. If you have not received a refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, please contact us and we will investigate the status of your refund.
Policies & Rules: All items sold by Stor IN Style are shipped in factory packaging. Items may be returned or exchanged only if in the original packaging and in the same condition as sold, including any instructions and/or documentation, attached tags, etc. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RG number. All RG requests are to be made by email to

. We will refuse any package returned to us without a valid RG number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
The Customer is responsible for shipping any return or exchange item back to StorINStyle. Returns or exchanges sent to us COD will be refused. (In the event that the return or exchange is due to our error (i.e., you receive an incorrect or defective item), we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us.) Returns or exchanges must be received within ten (10) days business days from the date that the RG# is issued. StorINStyle is not responsible for items that have been damaged during return shipment. Such items remain the property of the customer, and you may be charged to have them sent back to you.
